Elroy Junior is the son of Warden Elroy Senior, who died in a riot 30 years ago. He is physically weak, but is bold and strong within his heart. He has no idea of the crimes that Torque (or Blackmore) committed. Torque can either help him make a small army of survivors, or shoot him on sight as an evil act. He often references metal bands such as Slayer, Metallica and Pantera.

His voice is provided by James Patrick Stewart.
